Daviess County 4H Fair

Our first experience with Landrey showing at our local 4H Fair was tremendous. "Pearl" our Oldenburg yearling ewe, finished as the Reserve Grand Champion ewe. We wanted to try and bring at least one down with us to the show, so "Pearl" was our most logical choice. The judge gave her strong consideration to win the show, but he liked Landrey's Commercial Ewe just a little better.

Overall it was a wonderful evening with Landrey being able to show close to home and in front of many of her peers/friends. We will get the sheep back home and turn our attention to the next one. It is going to be a very hectic and busy next four weeks for the Krieger family.
